Morning   - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady on Choice and higher on Select on light to 
moderate 
demand and light offerings. Select and Choice loin and round cuts steady to 
firm 
while chuck cuts higher. Choice rib cuts lower while Select steady. Beef 
trimmings 
sharply higher on good demand and moderate offerings.

Prices are steady for Extra Large and Large, 2 cents lower for Medium.         
The undertone is steady to fully steady.  Supplies are mostly light for         
current needs.  The New York shell egg inventory is 23% lower than a week       
ago.  Offerings are light.  Demand is moderate to good.  Market activity 
is moderate to active.
